Water Quality is Good. We are the only race series to have a Water Quality Guarantee. The Water Quality Guarantee Page has all the details.
Race Day Registration Process
In an effort to make your day go a little smoother we have put together a short video clip which highlights the process on race day. Please take a minute to view the video on MSCtv. You can also read the Race Day Guide, Racking By BIB Number and Racing Guide, all of which can be found in our Athlete Resource Section.
Racking by BIB number
Bikes are racked by BIB Number. The BIB numbers are assigned by age and gender so for most athletes that means you will be racked with people in your age group. If you are new to our races, please read the section in our Athlete Resource Library on Racking Your Bike

After finding your bib number, please proceed into the hotel and to Dockside 4 conference room for the remainder of your race kit pick-up.
On Friday night, registrants receive their bib, race kit (your Headsweats hat is inside your race kit) and ferry ticket.
On Saturday/Sunday morning, athletes will be body marked on the mainland and receive their timing chip on the Island. Please do not pick up your timing chip until you are ready to start your race and waiting in the start area.
**Pre-purchased race shirts and merchandise for sale will be available on the Island after the race**
update to the construction for the week of August 19 – 23rd. See this link: http://www.waterfrontoronto.ca/uploads/documents/construction_notice_62_1.pdf
We have also been told by the Harbour Castle Westin that the best way to get to the hotel is to make your way down Bay Street. They said there is still lots of public parking available but it may take a little more time than usual to get around.
Our crew has told us that east of Spadina is where the construction starts and everything gets clogged. They mentioned that there is no problem getting around on foot and no problem making your way to the ferry docks. Arrival in the morning will not be as much of a problem as departing after the race.
We have arranged for additional Ferry service on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Please arrange to be on a Ferry that departs 90 minutes BEFORE your race.
