Pre-Race Video
The Welland Triathlon & Duathlon offers up one of the fastest course on the circuit, and if you’re planning on racing here there’s a good chance you’re going to come away with a personal best time, whether racing the Give-It-A-Tri, triathlon, or half iron distance. In this episode of MSCtv, Ignition Fitness Head Coach Tommy Ferris presents another course-specific tip that will help make sure you have one of your fastest ever swims when competing here. The Welland Canal has a north/south current, so be sure to keep this in mind when swimming both with and against the current. Check out the video for all the details! To watch the video, either click the image above or visit www.ignition-fitness.com/msctv-2013-welland-triathlon.
