Join Transition Myself Training for the London Training Camp

Come on and join TMT for a fun, challenging and effective training weekend filled with plenty of Sunshine (hopefully!) to prepare for your 2014 race season.

Coach Chris Pickering will be leading the 2 day training camp in London, Ontario.

Who is it for?

Newbies, intermediate and advanced/elite level athletes. Coach Pickering has been all of these!
If you are looking to practice their race day strategies for a Half, Olympic, Sprint or are new to the sport, improve your fitness, get in a challenging workout, and learn some valuable tips come on out and make some new friends.

Saturday plan

  • swim (pool / open water tbd)
  • bike seminar / skills + ride
  • run seminar / drills + hills
  • nutrition seminar for Sunday long workout
  • Post workout BBQ and drinks

Sunday Plan (TMT Race)

  • Flat tire seminar + Workout overview
  • swim open water (weather permitting)
  • Ride long (2-4hrs depending on athlete)
  • Run off the bike (30 mins – 1hr)
