Are you interested in leading regional volunteer recruitment with MSC?

We need the right candidate(s) for these popular locations to support the following events:

  • Muskoka (Gravenhurst and Bracebridge)
  • Toronto (Toronto Island)
  • Niagara (Rose City and Barrelman)

These part-time positions are well-suited for those who maintain a center of influence within the community (e.g. sports teams, service groups, and/or charities). Networking and organizational skills are essential for this collaborative role.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new volunteers, communicating event details, and coordinate positions though out the weekend
  • Recruiters are required to generate 50+ volunteers for each event and work with other lead coordinators while the event is in progress

  • This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to supplement a few hours of work per week
  • Compensation is seasonal and rate(s) include time allotted for recruitment, administrative, and on-site event hours

Fundraising Program for Clubs, Teams and Groups

We offer fundraising $$$’s to Clubs, Teams, and Service Groups that support our events with volunteers. There are opportunities at ALL of our Triathlon Events as well as our Honda Waterfront Run. If your group is interested in learning more about our Fundraising Program, please click HERE

  • For groups of 5-10 Adults, we provide a donation between $200 and $400
  • For groups of 10 to 20 Adults, we provide a donation between $400 and $800.
  • For groups that are a mixture of Adults, Young Adults, and Kids, please reach out to us HERE to discuss donation amounts.

  • Check-in with our Volunteer Coordinator upon arrival to receive your T-shirt
