2024 K-Town (Kingston) Post Race Report

Greetings to everyone who joined at the 39th Annual K-Town (Kingston) Triathlon.

Catch it on YouTube.

From its humble beginnings in downtown Kingston, we would like to thank all the participants who have been part of the event’s long history.

Since the move to CFB Kingston, we have tweaked almost every part of this race to give you the best experience possible while remaining loyal to the event’s history.

We hope you can join us next year for the 40th K-Town (Kingston) Triathlon.

Congratulations to the nearly 700 participants who raced with us this year – a record number. We would like to pass on a special ‘Thank You’ to MSC Ambassadors Angela Lilly and Luke Ehgoetz on their top performances while supporting participants on-site before and after the race.

We also saw strong competition between Luke Evans and Marek Bialkowski separated by only 2:02 mins! Congratulations to Nadiya-Linde Elmhirst who took the win in the women’s Long Course Triathlon.

The list of K-Town participants includes some of the best athletes that Canada has ever produced, and you should be proud to be on that list. With the Paris Olympic spirit in the air, we hope you’re inspired to keep training for more events with us while the action unfolds.

Thank you to all spectators, sponsors, volunteers, and CFB Kingston for contributing to the success of the event and we look forward to seeing you at another start line this year!

All the best,
