Course Details
Swim – 300m
Starting in shallow water the swim course is a triangular 110m with the first leg being 130m and the return leg being 60m.
Bike – 8km
ATHLETES MUST RIDE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD AT ALL TIMES. ROADS ARE NOT CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. INTERSECTIONS WILL BE CONTROLLED BY OPP.
Athletes will put on their helmet and then run/walk their bike through the Bike Exit to the MOUNT line on the road. The bike course is an out and back of 4km each way for a total of 8km.
Run – 2.5km
Athletes will run out of Transition through the RUN Exit to the road and will complete a 2.5km out and back run (1.25km each way) to the Finish Line. There will be an Aid Station at 1km & 1.5km with water.
