Swim Course

The Muskoka River is only about 25m wide, so the course is simply down one side and back up the other – it’s as easy as that!

Water temperatures tend to be in the 22-25C (72F to 77F) range, so wetsuits will very likely be optional for this event.

Bike Course

On Saturday, the two-loop Olympic course heads out towards Santa’s Village, over Porcupine Ridge, and then down towards Golden Beach before the return trip back.  Spectators get to see their favourite participant at the halfway point where they pass back through Annie Williams to start their second loop.

On Sunday, The Sprint and Give-It-A-Tri courses also head out towards Santa’s Village with the Give-It-A-Tri turning around before Porcupine Ridge.  The Sprint does go out all the way to past Golden Beach before the return trip back.

These are both SHARED ROAD Courses, so be sure to follow all safe riding practices – see more in our Resource Library

Run Course

Heading up and out of the park before heading across to the opposite side of the Muskoka River, the course then flattens out heading to each turn-around point.

There is a climb up and over the Muskoka River reaching the top at 500m to go, then it’s all downhill to the Finish!
