Course Details

Run 2.5km

A spectator friendly and traffic free run along the scenic fitness paths beside the Welland Canal, looping past the dog park and back towards the WIFC. An aid station can be found near the turn-around point.

Lap/Finish Details 1st Run

There will be Aid Stations approximately every 1.25km serving Water and F2C HYDRA-DURANCE™ – click HERE for more information on F2C HYDRA-DURANCE™.

5 laps of a fully CLOSED bike course! No vehicles will be on the course at any point.
Athletes will complete 2 turn-arounds per lap, please ensure you are not in the aero position and have your hands on your brake levers when cornering.
