Water temperature at Binbrook this morning was 61F (16C). We will not know until race morning if this will be wetsuit mandatory. There have been athletes swimming at Binbrook all week.

Race Day Registration Process
In an effort to make your day go a little smoother we have put together a short video clip which highlights the process on race day. Please take a minute to view the video on MSCtv. Episode 2 of MSCtv Binbrook Triathlon Race Preview and Training Video
We are very pleased to publish the next episode of MSCtv. Tommy Ferris of Ignition Fitness has put together a course overview of a race from each race weekend and, more importantly, valuable tips and training workouts to prepare you for those races. This is a tremendous tool to get you race ready!
For the Binbrook Triathlon, Ignition Fitness head coach Tommy Ferris takes you through a strength training workout he’s designed specifically to help make sure you’re ready for the many tricky terrain changes you’ll find in the first and last 1.25km of the Recharge With Milk Binbrook triathlon and duathlon run courses. When racing off road courses like this it’s crucial that you have a strong core and stabilizer muscles in your legs and ankles, and this workout will help you target everything! You’ll start with four variations of the one-legged squat, move on next to a suspended rear lunge, and finish with one-legged matrix jumps. This workout will benefit anyone training for an off-road run course!
Support Joe’s Team
MultiSport Canada has been working with Joe’s Team since they first approached us in 2007. That year we used our race in Gravenhurst to raise funds for the Princess Margarent Hospital Foundation (PMHF). Since then we have collaborated with the PMHF in producing the Joe’s Team Triathlon on Lake Joe. In 2013 we have identified Woodstock and Binbrook as Joe’s Team affiliate races. Support the PMHF.

We extend our thanks to each and every sponsor. Race entry fees never cover the complete cost of a particular race or series of races and without the sponsors there is no race or race series that would survive without their support. We hope that you all take a moment to check out our Series Sponsors below or visit the sponsors page and see what they do and look at the products they sell. Please thank them for supporting the sports of Triathlon and Duathlon by trying and using their products. If you do visit them please take a moment to thank them for supporting Triathlon, Duathlon and Kids races in Ontario.
