We would like to thank our Local Presenting Sponsor Du Tri and Run for their support. Please visit them on race day in the Recharge Zone. Please also visit their website for details on their products, services and the work they do with athletes. Details are on their Fan Page.

Thank you to “One Bead” for providing volunteers for the weekend. “One Bead” is a small not-for-profit organization that  has been active for three years. Through the sale of handmade, recycled glass beads, One Bead have been able to complete their first goal of bringing a fence to the Oloosirkon Government Primary school in Nairobi, Kenya. Currently, they are working on completing the building for a community centre just outside of the school grounds, which will not only benefit the students, but the surrounding community as well. For more information on the project please see the link below. http://onebead.org/

They will have a booth set up at the race selling these beads.

We are very excited about our partnership with Recharge With Milk  and the Recharge With Milk Triathlon Series!  Look for the Recharge with Milk Team  at the finish line for your sample of chocolate milk to help you refuel and recover!

SPECIAL NEWS FROM MY SPORTS SHOOTER

With the tightening of everyones budget for recreational activities these days, My Sports Shooter would like to announce the following BIG cut to all our prices.  We are responding to a continuing trend and would like to consider ourselves industry leaders in recognizing what our customers want.

Starting with the Gravenhurst Triathlon until the end of the season, we have cut almost all our prices in half.  That’s right 50% off!  You don’t need a coupon, just check out as you would normally.  For example our high resolution digital images used to be $19.99.  They are now $10.  Our Medium Resolution Archive (all your images in medium format) used to be $49.99.  They are now $25!  Prints as low as $3.00 as well.

To be fair, this pricing is in effect from the Gravenhurst Triathlon forward.  There will be no reduction in pricing for the previous races from this year.  It simply wouldn’t be fair to those who have previously purchased their images from those races.

I invite you enjoy the new prices and hope it helps to fit your budget a little better!

See you on the course!

Mike Cheliak and the My Sports Shooter Team
