We are finally getting a real dose of winter here in Ontario but have you had enough of all this cold, snow and ice? Hopefully you are making the best of things as you prepare for the light at the end of the tunnel and the start of our season on May 25th at Woodstock.
This will be the final edition of the newsletter being delivered like this. As we go forward, all of the latest Series News, Sponsor Deals, Training Articles, Athlete Profiles, Special Stories, along with information regarding Camps, Clinics and other Events, will be posted on the MultiSport Canada News Blog. These items will also be posted on our Facebook and on Twitter feed.
You will still get a monthly Newsletter but that will be sent via email and will feature any immediate announcements and highlight the major news of the month.

And while we celebrate the triumphs of the 2013 season, it is also time to look ahead to 2014. Our 2014 Recharge With Milk Triathlon Series schedule will be released as soon as we finalize a few details. We are always looking to make improvements so there may be a few changes. Stay tuned.
We are also excited about our inaugural Niagara Falls Half Iron Triathlon. Registration is currently open and there are a number of incentives to enter early.

We hope you are enjoying your off-season activities so far, especially with the beautiful weather conditions we’ve experienced. For some of you though, the triathlon season did not end and you are still going strong.
One of those athletes is Jim Sunners. He recently competed at the Ironman World Championship and had a great day. We bring you his story in this issue. The Niagara Falls native will race at our inaugural Niagara Falls Half Iron Triathlon and registration is currently open for that new and exciting event.
Also in this issue we have the latest Series News, Training Articles and lots of training opportunities to get you ready for the 2014 season.
Enjoy this October issue and for those of you attending the Series Awards Day, we will see you very soon.
Sadly our 2013 season has come to end. Thanks to all of you who came out and supported our Series whether it be as a racer, volunteer, or sponsor.
While you can wind down for a bit and take a break until the start of the next season, we will be hard at work preparing for 2014 to make sure we continue to deliver the best customer experience to you.
We may not see you face to face over the next few months but you can stay in contact with us through these monthly newsletters. We will use them to keep you updated on all the Series news, and provide you with sponsor deals, training articles to get you primed for 2014, profiles about some of your fellow athletes, and let you know of any training opportunities you can take advantage of.
Enjoy this September issue as you head off on your off-season activities.
Take advantage of the rest of the season
It’s hard to believe and it is sad to say but the summer is almost over.
The good upside though is that we still have races at Bracebridge (August 10 & 11), Toronto Island (August 24 & 25), Wasaga Beach (September 7 & 8), and Lakeside (September 14 & 15). We hope you’ll choose to join us and make the most of what’s left in the race season.
Enjoy this August issue which is packed with Series News and Updates, Training Articles, Sponsor Deals, Athlete Stories, and Training opportunities.
Summer has taken its time to arrive but the weather is heating up just as we head into the busiest part of our race schedule – we’ve got races during every weekend in July.
We got our real taste of the heat at Welland, and that trend look like it will continue this coming weekend in at our Huronia Triathlon and Duathlon in Midland. The race boasts a beautiful waterfront setting, a fun bike ride, and a run on the Rotary Trail. If you have no race plans, please consider joining us.
Of course with the increased heat and humidity, you need to be mindful of your hydration and recovery. Take care of yourselves out there while training and racing. Enjoy the July issue as you gear up to meet all of your summer triathlon and duathlon goals.
