Off-Season Seminars
We are committed to helping you learn more about Triathlon and Duathlon, or introduce you to people who can help you get to the next level. For the fifth year MultiSport Canada, on behalf of the HSBC Triathlon Series, will be hosting a series of local seminars designed to provide useful information for the upcoming season. As in past years the seminar will be lead by a local coach from the area and will feature local industry experts, sports medicine professionals and sporting community leaders. Each speaker will present a short talk on their area of expertise with overall topics applicable to both the first-time and the veteran alike. These seminars are a great opportunity for you to introduce yourself and your group to a new audience and continue to raise your community profile. We are inviting all local coaches and clubs to contact us to be a part of our Local Seminar Program. The seminars will be in Toronto (2), Barrie and London.
These seminars will be for seasoned triathletes as well as beginners with talks from some of the best coaches, elite athletes, swim, bike and run specialists as well as nutrition experts and medical professionals to talk about the different ways to prepare for the upcoming season. The agenda for each seminar will be somewhat different but the basic evening should look like this.

Coaches and Clubs
You might be contemplating your first triathlon or duathlon or maybe you think it's time to take on an Ironman. The question is how do you prepare yourself with quality information to take you the next level? Since we are not professional coaches we have asked a group of coaches to help us get you the best advice in your training, health and fitness. We will continue to add new coaches to get more opinions on training. We will also provide links to all of these coaches should you wish to contact them yourself.
