MultiSport Canada "Get To Know You" On-Line Contest Rules

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To enter and qualify, submit your your name and email address from the MultiSport Canada Inc. "Get To Know You" contest website. Your address, city, province, postal code, and telephone number are not required.

2. Respective prizes will be drawn on the following dates:

• March 14 - Two winners of one (1) - 26 Serving Bottle of Hammer Gel
• March 21, 2006 - Two winners of each of the Healthy Results Level 1 Long Course Training Program
• March 21, 2006 - Two winners of one (1) - 26 Serving Bottle of Hammer Gel
• March 28, 2006 - Three winners each of one (1) FuelBelt
• March 28, 2006 - Two winners of one (1) - 26 Serving Bottle of Hammer Gel
• March 28, 2006 - Two winners of each of the Healthy Results Level 1 Olympic Training Program
• April 6, 2006 - One (1) Winner of one (1) race of your choice and a KINeSYS Gift Pack
• April 6, 2006 - Two winners of each of the Healthy Results Level 1 Triathlon Training Program
• April 13, 2006 - One (1) Winner of one (1) race of your choice and a KINeSYS Gift Pack
• April 20, 2006 - One (1) Winner of one (1) race of your choice
• April 27, 2006 - One (1) Winner of one (1) race of your choice
• May 3, 2006 - Grand Prize Winner - One (1) Winner of one (1) MultiSport Canada season pass

3. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded, have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. Only one prize will be awarded per contest winner. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of prizes available to be won and the number of the entries received. MultiSport Canada Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prizes described are unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.

4. Selection Process: A computer generated random selection will be made from amongst all eligible email entries received by MultiSport Canada Inc. by 11:59 p.m the day prior to the draw. Selected entrant(s) will be contacted by email or phone, if provided by the entrant. To win, selected entrant(s) must complete the electronic declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and correctly answer a skill-testing question.

5. No correspondence will be entered into except with potential winner(s). The sponsors accept no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest. All decisions of the contest manager are final. On confirmation, prize(s) must be claimed within 6 weeks by the winner(s) by email confirmation.

6. All entries become the property of MultiSport Canada Inc. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed. Winners and their guests/families will be required to release to MultiSport Canada Inc.and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the prize. An affidavit of eligibility and release must be executed.

7. By entering, each winner, if requested, agrees to have his/her name and photograph used without compensation for advertising purposes related to this contest.

8. The contest is open to all residents of Canada, except the Province of Québec, who have reached the age of majority except employees of MultiSport Canada Inc., their sponsors, their associated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers/sponsors and members of their immediate families living in the same household.

9. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations.
