Course Details

In-Water Start.  Starting in shallow water and moving to deep water, the swim course done in two legs.  The first leg being 140m and the return leg being 60m.


Bike – 5km

ATHLETES MUST RIDE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD AT ALL TIMES. ROADS ARE NOT CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. INTERSECTIONS WILL BE CONTROLLED BY OPP.

Athletes will put on their helmet and then run/walk their bike through the Bike Exit to the MOUNT line on the road. The bike course is an out and back of 2.5km each way for a total of 5km.

Athletes will run out of Transition through the RUN Exit to the road and will complete a 1.5km out and back run (750m each way) to the Finish Line.
